Pre-Order Shipping Policy

At Forged Legacy Clothing, some products are available exclusively through pre-order. This policy explains how pre-order shipping works and what you can expect after placing your order.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship.
Pre-order products are clearly identified on their product page and may include an estimated shipping or dispatch timeframe.
Because pre-order items are made, produced, or prepared after orders are placed, they will not ship immediately.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Your pre-order product page will provide the expected production and/or shipping timeframe where possible.
Please understand that these dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, manufacturing, supplier, customs, or carrier delays may occasionally affect the expected timeframe.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if there is a significant delay.
3. When Your Order Ships
Pre-order items will be shipped once they are ready and have completed our quality-control and fulfilment process.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available, once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow additional time for the carrier to deliver your order after dispatch.
4. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, we may hold the entire order until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If you need to update your address before your pre-order ships, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.
Forged Legacy Clothing is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer.
6. Shipping Delays
Pre-order timeframes can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Manufacturing or production delays.
- Supplier delays.
- Quality-control issues.
- Customs or border delays.
- Shipping carrier delays.
- Weather or natural events.
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
If your pre-order is significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
7. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number by email or through the contact information provided at checkout.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, or other fees that may be charged by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and the destination country.
9. Cancellations
Because pre-order items may be committed to production specifically based on customer orders, cancellation requests may be subject to our refund and cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will advise whether cancellation is possible based on the status of your order.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
